Sorry to bother the list but I am unable to get a human response from Internic (billing, invoice, hostmaster all don't respond). I hope someone can point me to an address I can complain to. Internic, when sending out their surface mail bills to our customers, translates Israel to IL. Therefore the bill gets sent to Tel Aviv, IL - which is Illinois and probably comes back to Internic where it sits in the mailroom. I only find out when Internic sends email that they are about to pull the plug on a domain name due to lack of payment. How can I go about getting a person at Internic to acknowledge the problem?
