Anyone from Google Global Cache ?

Hello, Is there someone on this list from the Google Global Cache program (GGC) who could contact me off-list? If so I would greatly appreciate that. I would need a favor to get some information and look up a case because the responses to the tickets in the ISP portal I am getting are not giving me any meaningful answers.
