And we are not even a customer of ANS.
At risk of say "me too", ANS's NOC have been consistently notoriously clueful IMHO. And they answer the phone. If this is a shallow attempt to attract ISPs as future customers, it probably works (hint hint other NOCs) :-) -- Alex Bligh GX Networks (formerly Xara Networks)
