Hi Jeff – I noticed the question posed here so thought I’d respond, perhaps at risk of stirring up a hornet’s nest given how long the last thread was. ;-) Anyway… there’s no congestion between Comcast and Level 3 connections, and we’re working collaboratively with Level 3.
