Internet providers have always been able to regulate who their customers are...that’s why criminals have such a hard time finding a provider to host their platform.  It’s why the kkk and nazis have a hard time finding a place to host their crap. 

This is no different except that they’ve allowed it, and defied their own rules up until now.
