They're not. Over the last years, I've asked their sales team to stop requesting meetings until they actually have plans to build a POP. Haven't heard of them since but it doesn't mean it's not in the plans.

IMO, the posting you saw is for NTT Data Services. They have offices in Montreal but NTT Data Services (managed services?) =/= NTT Data (GIN). I know, super confusing.
