about nonaccess to com, net, org zone files from f.root-servers.net

if you're having trouble getting these files from nsi (who is supposed to be providing them during the nonaccess experiment) please let me know in e-mail, with all details including who you talked to at nsi, what they said, and what they did (if anything).
