Folks, Regions Bank, a large US bank, had a DNS issue today. As a result, some RRs ended up pointing at the wrong place with 48 hour TTLs and customers can't access online banking. If you manage caching nameserver infrastructure for consumer or business Internet users, the bank would be grateful if you could flush any records associated with regions.com. If you want to check for problems, you should see www.regions.com point to a v4 address in the 205.255.0.0/16 space. Thanks in advance for any help. John N.B. I am not a Regions employee, but have been asked to help.
