We have been fighting with an issue with a customer who is having issues on a business Cable Line in Wyoming, is there someone out there who might be able to help up troubleshoot a little? We have been through normal routes, but because it is not a consistent issue, we cant actually see what is going on or trend it so we get a ticket closed. Thanks! Blake Pfankuch
