More thefts from CO/colo in New York

On Wednesday night burglars attempted to steal line cards from the co-location area of a central office in White Plains, NY. Police responded to the Verizon building after trouble reports affecting the 911 system, and found two men carrying line cards from the building. http://www.nytimes.com/2004/11/27/nyregion/27theft.html Apparently there is a black market for the cards.
