Unfortunately, the adtech doesn't appear to have a full PPP implementation and IXIA doesn't support PPPoX now. Thanks anyway... -Tim

Since you know of the spirent stuff, have a look at the adtech 4000 (http://adtech.spirentcom.com/)... this system is more capable at the ATM layer, if that matters for you.
Also, try ixia (http://www.ixiacom.com/)... they are the winner on price / performance with IP datagrams.
