SUBMIT, SASL, etc. This is a solved problem; if MS "Lookout! Virus Express!" supports it, your know it isn't rocket science. SMTP 25 is for inter-server traffic. There is absolutely no reason for end-user pseudo-MTAs to use it. Some networks will enforce it. Expect that and move on. -- RSUC / GweepNet / Spunk / FnB / Usenix / SAGE
