P.S.: Capacity issues? They sell _dark fibre_. That's TERAbits per second, per pair, if you want...
what is the rated capacity of the existing fiber plant per pair and what plans are in place to replace the existing plant with upgraded capacity fiber (PETAbit, rare-earth stuff?) Oh yeah.. theres that URL.. :) --bill
