So, your information was correct as recently as a year ago, but it's out of date now.
If a business is connecting via PPPoE, smack in the middle of a dialup/DSL pool, they're probably using the ISP's server. If the business is hosting their own mail, they probably have dedicated address space or some other fixed external presence, which hopefully lives outside the DUL range. Pete -- Peter J.
