What should/would ANS do at this point?
ANS currently would pass such a problem to peer providers and continue to track it with an ANS trouble ticket.
Is there any sort of agreement between ANS and MCI that they will report trouble calls like this and that they will be responded to? Are there any plans to include these sorts of things in the bilateral peering arrangements that come about at the NAPs?
It is reasonable to expect that definition of such hand-off procedures and response time objectives will be a component of any bilateral." -Rob
