Major media outlets have been reporting massive power outages in Florida. Given the scope it seems interesting nobody has commented.
From the news reports it sounds like everyone in Miami just got an unscheduled generator test. The SIP proxies I deal with there are still up, so that is good, anyone having issues.
Anyone got more info?
Thanks, John

Reason given is precautionary measures. AP reported that there were fighter jets overhead, but that is NOT confirmed. At this time FPL reports that av. 4 million customers are affected. All schools are dismissed at this time. Expected time of restoration is up to 10 hours.
