Phone access to the ANS NOC

      There are apparently some trunking problems which are affecting calls    
to the NOC's direct access number and the NSF 800 number.
(313-763-3448 and 800-9NSFNOC)

Please use 800-456-6300 which appears to be unaffected or email
trouble@noc.ans.net.
