Hi, Looking for off-line CyrusOne NOC assistance to help our mutual customers reach each others servers. I do not think the issue is CyrusOne's , but it is most likely a CyrusOne customer's that has no network people that comprehend routing issues. 2 days now , I need a little insight. My work around is via a transit provider that does not go through a Cyrusone hop. Whenever Cyrusone and gramtel.net hop appears customer packets drop at gramtel.net hop.
