I have the misfortune of attempting to make the argument to one of the top 20 worst offenders on the CIDR report aggregation summary. If anybody has some good PHB fodder and info on general bad things that can happen by doing things this way please email me off list. I'll summarize what I get in a few days. There is no major TE or similar reason for them to be on there just bad practices since the last time I restructured there network. Obviously since things work today they are hesitant to change.
