Hot boxes

Something tells me this is *not* off-topic for this list. . . Can anyone recommend a source of switches or hubs rated for operation at temperatures above 40 C? Most gear is rated only that high, and for some installations the top end is closer to 50 C. Thanks in advance David Newman
