Ah, ok, I see what you are getting at. I think once you decide SOME amount of hierarchy is necessary, it will be necessary to make some protocol mods to better allow this hierarchy to be implemented. The question of what exactly that hierarchy looks like is of course unclear at this time. Thanks, Milo
