Another telehouse list (uk: telehouse docklands)

Since there seems to be a genuine interest in lists for general discussion on the various telehouses, I've created one for Telehouse Docklands, Coriander Avenue, the 'main' UK facility, where LoNAP, most of LINX etc, is at.
