InterNap

Is anyone familiar regarding the services provided by a company called InterNap? We've been approached by them and my boss is convinced we should drop several of the T's we have with different providers and get a fractional DS3 with them. I am not sure that would be a smart thing to do so I'd appreciate any comments regarding their services. Thanks! -Victor
