What kind of additional load (CPU, RAM) does NetFlow put on a router (say a 7505 or 7513)? How does it work with CEF (along side it or in place of it)?
I recently turned it off on one of our 7206's where it was using about 6mb of RAM and increasing the CPU load by about 20 points. 128mb doesn't go as far as it used to. -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Jon Lewis *jlewis@lewis.org*| I route System Administrator | therefore you are Atlantic Net | _________ http://www.lewis.org/~jlewis/pgp for PGP public key_________
