comcast dns admin, help needed

Trying to track down someone at Comcast who maintains DNS. I'm having a number of Comcast users who are unable to resolve mozilla.org hosts. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=647254 Tried using other channels to find contacts but am running dry.
