Are all these "active"? I know sometimes in this business that mergers and other consolidations cause one company or organization to "fold" more than one autonomous system into a single autonomous system. Is there any way to trace which AS #'s are dormant, retired, no longer in use, etc.? Or is this basically unknowable?
