4 gbit capable bufferbloat flent test target close to/traversing MegaIX in sydney?

I am curious if there is anyone out there willing to run a server with irtt and netperf on it that I could do some bufferbloat testing against (in off peak hours)? I've been getting some severely bloated (250ms!) results on the 27ms path I'm on now at rates slightly above 1.2gbit....
