As many people are aware there is an 'expectation' that 'consumer' broadband providers introduce network level content blocking for specified content on the IWF list before the end of 07.
Where is this list, what type of stuff is on it and how do you translate from the real-world identification of that which is to be blocked into some kind of restriction in the network?
Whose expectation is it? If it is not a LAW, then, ISPs should reset the expectation and go back to the real problems of running a network. Owen
