For us, the account management took a turn for the worse after CL picked them up. But we only need them during contract renewals. So it's not a drama. We get transit from all the top 7 providers, so an issue with one of them is never a problem. It's moments like this where their offers to put all your eggs in their one basket for all of your interconnect PoP's for a "marvelous" price, should remind you to choose diversity of connectivity, rather.
