Ski Santa Fe New Mexico Depart the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza this morning for a terrific day on the ski slopes! Your delux coach and escort will meet you at 8:00 AM at your hotel and take a drive to the Santa Fe Ski Basin. Our excort will pass out all the ski lift tickets during the drive. Guests may bring their own ski equipment or pay an additional $15.00 at the ski area for rentals. Ski the day away on this multi-level slope with incredible scenic views of the New Mexico desert. Santa Fe Ski Basin offers an unbeatable combination, style and hospitality. The top elevation of this moutain in 10,350 feet with a vertical drop of 1,700 feet. The mountain satisfies skiers of every level with a variety of terrain from shutes, glades and bowls to broad avenues of groomed corduroy. There are seven lifts and 600 acres of stunning terrain at the Sante Fe Ski Area, located within the towering Sagre de Cristo Mountains. There are two slopeside eateries where you can enjoy lunch on your own. One is Totemoff's Lodge, midway down the mountain where you can stop to have a drink and a burger and bask in the sun on the ample deck. For more diverse offerings, try La Casa Cafe & Outdoor Grill at the base - a spacious, sun drenched room with big south-facing windows and an adjoining deck, featuring a wide variety of food.
