Looking for an AT&T Wireless contact

I'm looking for an AT&T Wireless contact to reach out to me off-list. We (discourse.org) have reports from multiple customers that their users are unable to negotiate SSL with our sites when using their AT&T Wireless data connection. The problem is be affecting users around Chicago and Pennsylvania. Evidence points to some sort of SSL interference/tampering. Cheers, Michael Brown
