MAE policies?

There is an initiative here in South Africa to set up equivalents of MAE-East and MAE-West to achieve local connectivity between the separate ISP networks. Does anyone have documentation on the MAEs, especially policy? Pointers to ftp or web sites would be great. -- Andras Salamon andras@is.co.za
