It seems like NTT sales people are not doing a good job as well as Cogent does since I've yet to see anyone getting calls or mails from them. 

Only Cogent contacts most for the moment, at least in the EU part of the world. 

And only mails and calls for the moment

Except you know, those of us who actually use LinkedIn for professional
contacts and all.  I don't mind connecting with people as long as I've
actually talked with you before on some professional level.

It does have some nice features for connecting on a business level, just
people are abusing the shit out of it.
