But according to the page all is fine.. Which is NOT the case here either.

Here it gives: HTTP Error 500-13 - Server too busy Internet Information Services Which is probably caused by quite a few people trying to pull the information why their messenger does not work. Maybe it´s too early at Redmond. Pete
