My guys work 12 hour shifts. 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 on 3 off. The three days on is always friday-sunday so every other weekend they either have a 3 day weekend or 3 days of work. In a pay period, with 30 minute lunch per shift it comes to 80.5 hours. I keep my guys on the same shifts for consistancy.
