Subject: AS path analysis tools

Hello, Does anybody know of some analysis tools I can make use of to justify peering with someone? My router is a CISCO running BGP ver 4. This could also be useful to decide where my traffic split will be amongst a few BGP peers. Many thanks Demetrius
