Not that it would be very economical, but what are the technical implications of using a solid state device (such as the Quantum's RUSHMORE NTE series) instead of a normal hard drive?
You slightly change the point at which life becomes unmanageable. In the grand scheme of things it would be about as noticeable as a 1/2 mpg increase in your car's fuel economy. ---Rob
