Looks like we forgot to renew the domain registration. I was leaning towards the idea of moving it to something like sourceforge, but I wanted to clean up some things first.

I have removed the reference to it in the wiki page, but there are other
references to the site on the NANOG site. I am not sure who will need to
remove the links, but they no longer point to an ip management tool.
If the utility still exist I would be intersted in finding it, as I saw not
able to dig it up on a quick Google search.
