Greetings,

Hope everyone is staying healthy and safe. I am really looking for help from someone clueful at Network Solutions. I am having major issues with transferring a domain away from them. Turns out the primary contact on the account has been the same for over a 15+ years. That person has not been involved with the organization for decade and was never updated. I have been getting the run around from customer service to for 4 months trying to update the primary contact. I have provided all the information that has been requested multiple times . Is there anyone on the list that might be able to help.
