Looking for contact at Fastly

In short, I am having issues with a couple of our subnets not being able to traverse a fastly peer which I don't manage, it is upstream from me. I need to get this resolved as it is causing issues with a good amount of traffic. I emailed their noc several hours ago with no response yet. Mark Spring Information Systems Manager
