Multiple incidents (NYC, Illinois, N.California)

There is a fiber cut in central illinois. Uunet has equipment problems in New York City. And there seems to be something down between San Jose and San Francisco (parts of Yahoo dailynews.yahoo.com and some frame-relay service are down).
