I'm betting yes. Cluelessness appears to be growing faster than the routing table. Given about once a year we have a small (or not so small) ISP somewhere do it, I don't see why the situation should change. Of course, they'll have to pick a different and more original flavour of misconfiguration / stupidity / vendor bug this time. -- Alex Bligh Personal Capacity
