NANOG folks, I have had a bug with Level3 bgp filters for over a week, and have not been able to get a call back from their NOC despite multiple phone calls, for what should be a trivial change, but is buggy (yes I've used their normal process to no avail.) Can someone from their NOC or having a useful contact for same, please contact me off list so I can get this resolved.
