you know, we all have our outages and i'm not all that embarrased of mine but it would be nice if such messages came from MCI if and when they are necessary. i probably wouldn't complain at all had this message come from a one of my customers (an isp) or one of your customers but it's really a shame to see this kind of message come from a peer (nsp). i would expect the same from other large, and not so large providers and i would expect the same from our noc.
