And that is a cellphone number served up by Vodacom in South Africa. This is interesting because most of these fake lottery winnings have directed people to call a cellphone in the Netherlands. Now, they have shifted to South Africa, a country that was once a Dutch colony and where many people still speak a Dutch dialect called Afrikaans.
