There was a massive Zayo-maintenance-caused inter city fiber cut in the Pacific Northwest yesterday. I can't say more but I'm sure if you're a direct Zayo customer on the affected routes you can get
some sort of RFO.

I’m tracking down an VPN issue for a user whose path to us crosses a Zayo router ( ae14.cs3.ord2.us.zip.zayo.com ) which is showing a crazy amount of packet loss in the 90% range. Is there Anyone on list from Zayo who could confirm or deny what I’m seeing?
