Can anyone point me to a Microsoft Geo-IP admin? Their Geo-IP for live.com/outlook.com seems to be rather outdated. We get complaints for 85.195.208.0/20 and 85.195.224.0/19, pointing to Antarctic instead of Switzerland. Any commercial Geo-IP shows correct information, but Office product activation fails.
