SO: In my part of the world where end user internet services are largely based on data caps, this should be good news to the ISP as the faster users burn the data on streaming, the sooner they renew their subscription. What is an ISP without content by the way? would one blame the likes of facebook for trying to run their own pipe thereby further contributing to internet defragmentation.
