On the subject of suitability problems, unless there is good air circulation in these bunkers from the outside, radon seepage from the surrounding granite has the potential to cause a lot of health problems for any unlucky punter who happens to work in there, although it's unlikely that it would have any effect on any equipment housed in the facility. Having said that, radon seems to be a well known problem in Stockholm and I've no doubt that they took measures to deal with it. Nick
