The problem seems to have been with mailman. I pinged Jared OOB and he responded this that it's fixed. I apologize for using NANOG for this, but jared's email is puck.nether.net too; something OOB is needed. I know there are many, many people here who also follow puck.nether.net lists and some may have another way to reach him.
